Hello, I am Paul Baeten. I am looking forward to being the new Co-President of the Wattles PTO for the 2011/2012 school year. I live on Twain Ct. in Raintree Village with my wife Beth and our two children. Colin will be in 5th grade and Olivia in 2nd grade this year. Co-President: Jeff Eckerle

Hi! My name is Jeff Eckerle, Wattles Elementary PTO Co-President. I have been a Wattles parent since 2005 when our oldest son Joshua entered kindergarten. He is now going on to Baker Middle School. My wife and I have 2 other children attending Wattles, Timothy in 5^th grade and Rachel in 3^rd. I have lived on Colebrook for 14 years with my family. We have a chocolate lab named Belle and a Yorkie named Snickers. I work as a engineering manager at Comau, Inc. in Southfield. I am the Cub Master of Cub Scout Pack 1712 at Wattles and I am also an assistant football coach for the Clawson Mavericks.

Co-Vice President: Mike Szmansky

Hello, my name is Mike Szmansky and I am co-vice president of the Wattles PTO. I have two children Megan and Claire. Megan is in fifth grade and Claire is in fourth. My wife, Teri and I, live in the Raintree subdivision. We also have a yellow lab named Zoe. We have lived in Troy for 10 years. I am a senior software development engineer at Comerica Bank and have been in the IT industry for 19 years. I hope to see you at future PTO sponsored events and meetings. Co-Vice President: Michelle Oddo

Hi, I’m Michelle, co-vice president of the PTO. I have been a Wattles parent since 2006. My husband Joe and I have a daughter Jenna in 5^th grade, and our son Derek is in 2^nd grade. We have resided in Troy on Island Ct. since 2002. I worked as a programmer analyst until my daughter was born 10 years ago. Since then I have been a stay-at-home mom. I’m starting my 2^nd year working as a Kindergarten Aide at Wattles for a few hours a week. I look forward to serving the Wattles community on the PTO Board. Secretary: Jenyfer Lapish

Hi, I’m Jenyfer Lapish I’ll be the PTO Secretary for this school year. Team Lapish consists of my husband Dan, Tully (6^th grade), Pippin (3^rd grade) and Ryker (1^st grade). I’m a school bus driver for the district and love it. I’ve been actively involved with the Wattles PTO for 5 years. Please bring your ideas and suggestions to a PTO meeting this year. Treasurer: Jill McBeth

My name is Jill McBeth and I am excited to be the incoming Treasurer for the 2011-2012 school year. I have two children that will be attending Wattles this year, Nicklaus will be in 5^th grade and Lauren will be in full day kindergarten. Our family including, my husband Sky, have lived in Troy for just over 10 years on Winthrop St. I’ve spent many years volunteering in the classroom and at PTO events and decided to step up my level of involvement this year. I’ve been employed at PNC Bank for the past 18 years in the Commercial Banking Area which should come in handy as Treasurer. I enjoy spending time watching my kids in their activities (baseball, dance, gymnastics) and playing tennis. By becoming involved in the PTO I have met numerous other families and have let my kids know how important their education is to me.
